New Beginnings Preschool was established in 1998 as a ministry of Bucks County Community Church. Providing age-appropriate and developmentally appropriate activities, we strive to help all children reach their full potential socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually. Our goal is to have each child learn and grow in areas that will prepare them for their future educational experiences.  We aim to share the love of Jesus with all who enter our school, coming alongside families wherever they are in their parenting journey. We consider it an honor and privilege to be working with each child that attends New Beginnings.

Classes

3 Year Old Program

NBP’s 3 year old program focuses on children learning to love school and developing “learning to learn behaviors” such as listening and following directions, sharing, taking turns and respecting others. The children are introduced to letters, numbers, counting to 5, colors and shapes through hands-on, interactive activities.  Through these activities, songs and play fine motor and gross motor skills are developed. Children must be three by December 31 and need to be potty trained and as independent as possible in the bathroom to attend the 3 year old programs.

Classes

Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9:00-12:00
Tuesday/Thursday: 9:00-12:00

4 Year Old Program

NBP’s PreK 4-Year-Old program is centered on weekly themes where students will be exposed to activities which will help them develop pre-reading and math readiness skills preparing them for their kindergarten experience.  Through hands-on learning students will explore social studies and science topics as well. Children must be four by December 31 to attend the 4 year old program.

3 Day Fours: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:00-12:00

PreK 5 Program

NBP’s program is designed for children who would benefit from extra developmental year after completing a 4s program and/or those who miss the elementary school cut-off.  This program is more academic in nature while still providing the children with a variety of experiences.  Children will receive direct instruction in both reading and math as well as visiting centers to explore social studies, science, literacy, building, and dramatic play activities.  Children need to be five by December 31st to attend this program.

PreK 5:  Monday through Thursday 9:00-12:00
