Our Mission
Our Vision
What We Believe God Has Called Us to Do
What We Hope God Will Do Through Us As We Are Faithful to the Mission
We believe God has called us, in partnership with parents, to...
- INVEST in the next generation of young people in significant ways.
- INSPIRE them by our example and challenge them to take faith-filled risks.
- INSTRUCT them in the core doctrines and disciplines of the Christian faith along with principles for living healthy, wise and productive lives.
- IGNITE them with a passion for Jesus Christ, a love for the lost, a commitment to the local church, and finally, to launch them into the world prepared for life, for relationships, for service, and for leadership.
Our vision is for every one of our youth to be:
- POSITIVE that God loves them and that He has a good plan and purpose for their lives.
- PERSUADED that God’s way really is the best way.
- PASSIONATE for Jesus Christ, for His church, for the needy, and for the lost.
- PREPARED for life, for relationships, for service, and for leadership.

Young Bucks is a weekly ministry for young men (6th-12th graders) comprised of games, food, fellowship, and an interactive Bible study. Once a month we also have a "Life Skill" event, in which a guest speaker is invited, a hands-on project is performed, or some kind of special topic is covered to equip the young men in thinking about future life decisions (e.g., career planning, self-defense, basic home/auto repair, etc).
Spring 2024
The Book of Judges would likely be rated R if it was accurately depicted in a movie. Things like betrayal, murder, and scandal—often performed by God’s own professed followers—saturate its content. Yet the most shocking feature is not the sin (with its horrible consequences) but the glory of salvation from that sin, accomplished by the God of patience, mercy, compassion, steadfast love, and faithfulness (Exo 34:6). The terror of sin is outshone only by the glory of God’s salvation worked through these judges, who then point us to Jesus Christ.
The Problem
1. Young men are confused about what it means to be a man.
2. Confused young men create problems for themselves and those around them. For example, 90% of murders, 88% of robberies, and 75% of all arrests involve males.
3. Young men don’t realize that what they think defines them as a man will ultimately destroy them.
“There is a way which seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.”
—Prov. 16:25; 14:12

The Solution
1. We help young men move beyond boyhood.
“When I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, reason like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things.” —1 Cor. 13:11
2. We help young men discover the man within.
“I am going the way of all the earth. Be strong, therefore, and show yourself a man.” —1 Kings 2:2
3. We help young men have a vision for the man God wants them to be.

We understand that these years can be a turbulent time for most young women and many of them are making critical life decisions without any life experience. Knowing this, we suround them with older women who intentionally come alongside them to teach what it means to be a woman who walks with God. Our leaders nurture an environment where they search the Scriptures together to find answers to their questions for how to be a woman who desires godly living above all else.
Girls of Grace Annual Retreat
