Missions

—Matthew 28:19

At Bucks, we emphasize that bringing the Good News of eternal salvation, which is available to all mankind through faith in Jesus, is a believer’s #1 priority and responsibility. Our goal and mission statement is to “Make disciples who make disciples.” It doesn’t matter if they are your next door neighbor or a remote tribe in the middle of the Himalayas. After Jesus rose, He spoke to the disciples in Matthew 28 and gave them one last command. He said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you…” We take that seriously. Below you will find all the ministries and missionaries that Bucks Church supports. If you are interested in a trip, supporting a ministry or missionary, or have a missions field that you would like to bring to the Missions Board’s attention, please reach out to mike@buckschurch.org.

As of now, the Fraleys are stationed in North Carolina as they are stateside for the time being and Rick is teaching at Southeastern Baptist Seminary.

Education for Orphans (EFO) is a non-profit organization run by Bucks members. This organization stems from Buck’s relationship with a Haitian orphanage since the earthquake in 2010. Bucks has sent numerous teams down over the years and some of the members felt the call to continue the ministry to this culture. EFO supports orphans in Haiti to go and get a college education or to learn a trade to help them succeed once they are old enough to live on their own. As of now, trips have been suspended due to corruption and social unrest.
